Curb adapters are sometimes necessary when replacing equipment with a different base size, duct work configuration, different manufacture, or to meet proper snow level specifications. Superior Air Systems is able to create a custom designed curb to ensure a smooth transition to your new unit. Having a custom built curb for your new unit makes crane day easy with a simple drop and go solid welded design, saving you time and money.

Coil cleaning is one of the many items we check when performing a maintenance.

Professional coil cleaning is required to keep your unit operating properly. Dirt and debris can get sucked into the coil and needs to be cleared to allow proper airflow and operating temperature.

On the left of this image is a coil that has not been treated and the right has been professionally cleaned by Superior Air Systems. Sometimes dirt and debris is hidden within the coil and may not appear that it needs done. Our HVAC technicians are trained to diagnose if coil cleaning is necessary for the unit to operate correctly.

Despite best efforts with preventative maintenance, break downs do happen. Luckily Superior Air Systems has a 24/7 emergency service department to help. Our highly trained mechanics are able to diagnose the problem and offer possible solutions. Our office staff is able to quickly price and quote the cost and time of a repair to get you up and running with minimal downtime.

In the image to the left, the old unit was not up to code as it was positioned too close to the roofs edge. Our team was able to design and build a spun 90 degree horizontal discharged curb adapter with ducting into the original air ducts.  

Isolation rails are used to reduce vibration and noise by lifting the unit up on springs. We use advanced weight distribution technology and manufacture specifications to design and build custom fitting isolation rails . Similarly with our adaptor curbs, Superior Air Systems is able to create perfectly fitting custom isolation rails for your unit. The custom built rails for your unit makes crane day easy with a simple drop and go solid welded design, saving you time and money.
